Question to Law Students and Law Faculty

by Armen

When do your grades come out? That is, how long after the semester ends? I'm particularly interested in peer schools. Word is that the Boalt faculty are a bit clueless that our grades take too long (they still haven't come out), so I want to collect data to see where we really stand. Thanks in advance.

Mississippi College School of Law 3L:

Exams ended 12/14. Grades started showing up on 1/2. My last grade was posted 1/11. Ranks are not out yet, which leads me to believe that some grades are not yet in (or the data processing people are retarded).

Columbia: exams ended 12/21, we got the "your grades are in" e-mail from the registrar yesterday.

University of Illinois (I'm a 3L): Exams ended 12/16, grades were posted approx. 1/9. They haven't made semester awards announcements yet, but those should be coming soon.
